Oklahoma Farm Bureau Activate Accelerator

TriPoint Innovations was selected to participate in the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Activate Accelerator, gaining access to business development resources, industry mentorship, customer discovery, and connections throughout Oklahoma's agricultural and rural innovation community. Participation supports TriPoint's efforts to understand how Hunter Radar and future products can serve hunters, landowners, ranchers, and other users in remote environments.

Startup program

Riata Startup Experience

TriPoint Innovations participated in the Riata Startup Experience through the Oklahoma State University Riata Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The program helped the founders strengthen the company's business model, product strategy, customer discovery, pitch development, and approach to commercialization — with access to entrepreneurship mentors, competitions, and workshops.

Competition

Hackathon — 3rd Place

TriPoint Innovations earned third place in a hackathon competition, demonstrating the team's ability to rapidly develop, present, and communicate a technical solution under time constraints — a reflection of the company's hands-on engineering approach.

Engineering

Working prototype development

The founders have developed and tested early Hunter Radar hardware prototypes using LoRa radio communication, embedded microcontrollers, GPS and location concepts, physical device prototypes, and website/app interface development — advancing through repeated hardware, software, and field-testing iterations.

IP

Provisional patent filed

TriPoint Innovations has pursued intellectual-property protection for Hunter Radar through a provisional patent filing, supporting the company's effort to protect its system architecture as it moves toward further development and commercialization.

Current stage

Beta hardware and software development, in progress.

The team is currently building Bluetooth connectivity between the Hunter Radar device and the beta test website, alongside the mapping and diagnostic tools testers will use in the field.
